    hi every one and yes i have got stuck
    i am helping a charity out in helping them with a web site for an event they got coming up
    and have reached a technical issue
    i understand what it is doing but can not understand how to fix it

    the area i am trying to work in is going out of the allocated area and moving everything else out of align ment on that page but i do not have the techninable know how of how to change this

    so i was hoping this could be where one you lovely people could come in to help

    the main issue that I see right off...

    You are using a "strict" doc type, that in itself is not a bad thing, strict doc types don't support inline styling ( as it appears you are trying to do ).

    you can try using the transitional doc type declaration... but it may break other things...

    "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">


    you're also defining your form element @ 100%, but you have numeric definitions on everything else...

    try setting your form element to something smaller than the div.box

    that part that is pusing everything else is from an online form build site it asked the questions then gave me the coding too put in so it is that bit that needs changing then ok i will look at this thanks for your look and patience in explaining the problem

    ok so lokoed over the information u gave but hey i may be silly but either i dont under stand or going blind from banging my head on the key board but i can not find where it is set at 100% for the form size

    well, this is what I get from there now... so

    but if I remember correctly in your style.css you had a div called something like form_content

    and had a width set to 100%

    I guess we'll see when the site comes back up
