People hang about forums to seek and give advice and to have a sense of community with those of common goals or walks of life.

So here I am seeking this communities expert advice.

I am looking to create a webpage that is exactly 300x480px to be viewed on the Nintendo 3DS. I would like to make it so the webpage only scrolls up and down and shows just the content I place there within the 300x480x area. Right now I keep ending up with large blank space. Not sure how to fix that.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Can you show us what you have right now?
Give us a URL to it. That will make it easier for us to answer.

Right away I'll say this ...

You won't be able to accomplish your goal using Yahoo! SiteBuilder

You will need to code your site by hand, using appropriate scripting
for rendering on your Nintendo 3DS. So, you should get a good start
by finding a "base layout" for a mobile site.

This is a good place to start .... view some of these sites on your 3DS and
see how they render. If you find a good "format", view their HTML to
    see how they did it:

Nintendo uses a browser based on NetFront:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NetFront

    A quote from wikipedia:
The browser converts tables in a Web page into a vertical display, eliminating the need to scroll horizontally

So, with that knowledge, you might be able to do some CSS styling to control
the height of the <table>, and control your text areas so they don't exceed the
width (you don't want the text to wrap). I would have to assume the same thing
is done with <div> ... the better choice for page layouts.

You need to scrap what you have and start over.
Use Notepad++ to code your HTML, CSS by hand.
Don't use a WYSIWYG web page editor of any kind.
