I've designed a website for a client that had been looking fine across all browsers.

Today I noticed that for some unexplainable reason the 3rd image in a line of three is dropping down to the next line when I view it on my computer (Mac OS X 10.4.11) in Firefox 3.6.27.

However, on my husband's computer which is exactly the same model and in the same version of Firefox it renders perfectly. Previously, it's looked as it's supposed to look on my computer.

Can anyone explain why this is? The page is http://www.lifeofreillycupcakes.co.u...er-gallery.htm

It also renders fine in Safari and Internet Explorer 7,8,9.

    Thanks

Do you have the "text size" set the same in both browsers ?

I know there is very little text... But... Sometimes... Depending on your CSS it can have an effect if your layout is close to filling 100% of the available screen. Looks fine on an iPhone... Kinda slow to load... But ok

The text size is the same on both computers. 16 on both. Mine was set to Helvetica and the other to Times. I changed mine to Times and still getting the images dropping down. Very odd! I guess that page is slow to load on your iPhone because it's a gallery so just consists of pics. I think the other pages should load quicker

it may that you have different screen resolutions. this may be due to the inbuilt programs of the computer which does not correspond to the web browsers that are displayed. however this should not cause much problems.
a very quick solutions to sorting this box would be to give it a seperate class to the others and just enter
padding-bottom:1px; this should push it up to be inline with the others, or make the box 1 pixel larger.

Hello! Have you considered using sprites for your images?
Should reduce download times a little too.
    And resolve the problem.
