I'm looking for a content slider that meets the following specs:
    1. Easy to install
    2. Supports video
    3. Supports Photos
    4. Supports Text/HTML
    5. Simple fade-in/fade-out effects
    6. easily editable CSS

I have found many content sliders online, but most of them are to complicated to install onto the website or they don't meet the specs I require.
Are there any "Designer Recommended" content sliders that may be useful?

I'm not sure how you want to implement this slider - but check this out - it may be helpful to you

Define "easy to install". I haven't met one yet that was more than linking the files, adding the content and activating it with about 3 lines of jQuery. Not trying to be a jerk here, but they're all pretty much set up the same way, and aside from varying levels of content capabilities and transitions, all do about the same thing.
