I have a client who suddenly wants to add 25 pages with 20 photos per page to a small 5 page website. I'm concerned the photos will slow the load time to a snail's pace. I am suggesting a link to a photo site with privacy settings. Any suggestions or thoughts? YOUR assistance is GREATLY appreciated!
    Thank you.

As long as they're properly optimized I don't think it will be a big problem.
It might actually be faster if the images are simply on the actual site since the browser will not have to connect to an imagehost to load them.

You may want to try putting the site behind CloudFlare, which is a free and easy CDN that will speed up load times and deliver images more quickly. It's free and requires no changes to your code.

I can suggest a Flickr feed. Flickr's API can extract thumbnails, which is a much better idea than loading 20 full-sized photos. Just search 'Flickr feed' and you'll find a bunch. Here's an example of one.
