Hi, is there any way around this.
I would like to test my site in different browsers, but the only problem is, I dont trust anyone, so I prefer not to use the online testers where you put your url in, incase they steal the domain name.

    Download the different browsers.

Sites like browsershots.com won't steal your domain name though, for two reasons:

    1) You own it.
    2) If they were going to steal it, a member of the tinfoil hat community would have found them out by now.

If you have a domain name registered and your registrar has LOCKED the domain, it cannot be stolen by anyone, unless you give out all your information to login to your registry account.

Use only registrars and resellers that have a good reputation, some of the shady operators will keep a list of domain names searched for availabity, if you don't register it right away, they might, but that's not stealing it, since you didn't register it at that time.
