About LinkBacksHi,
I need to add a download widget to my website.
This will allow someone to make a selection from my site (using a drop-down or similar widget), enter a code for this selection, then start the download.
I can't find any code or tips online that provides any guidance - can you help me?

Can we see your website? Describe how it is powered (static, custom, wordpress, joomla?)
And what kind of files are being downloaded?

As much detail as you can provide... As your use of the term "widget" is confusing since you called a form object a widget in the same breath....?
