    That site - - is biult on a purchased WprdPress theme. The CSS for the dropdown menus is as follows:
    HTML Code:
    #nav_wrapper li ul li    { padding:0; margin:0; background:#F7F7F7 url(gfx/nav_sub_bg.png) repeat-x 0 -2px; }
    #nav_wrapper li ul li:hover    { background:#565656 url(gfx/nav_sub_bg.png) repeat-x 0 -47px; }
    #nav_wrapper li ul li:first-child    { -moz-border-radius-topleft: 10px; -moz-border-radius-topright: 10px; -webkit-border-top-left-radius: 10px; -webkit-border-top-right-radius: 10px;
    border-top-left-radius: 10px; border-top-right-radius: 10px;}
    #nav_wrapper li ul li:last-child    { -moz-border-radius-bottomleft: 10px; -moz-border-radius-bottomright: 10px; -webkit-border-bottom-right-radius: 10px; -webkit-border-bottom-left-radius: 10px; border-bottom-right-radius: 10px; border-bottom-left-radius: 10px; }
    #nav_wrapper li ul li a    { width:215px; padding:10px 20px 10px 20px; color:#666; background:none;  border-top:1px solid #E3E3E3; }
    #nav_wrapper li ul li:first-child a    {border-top:none; }
    #nav_wrapper li ul li a:hover    { background:none; color:#FFF; }
    #nav_wrapper li ul li a.sub_level_active    { color:#FFF;}
    #nav_wrapper li ul li ul    {position:absolute; top:1px; left:200px; list-style:none;}
    Maybe if you study this code you`ll be better able to figure out how to reproduce the effect.
