    Hi,

I downloaded a template online to create my website. It works fine in my Dreamweaver when i view it in the browser. However, when i upload it to the hosting site i am unable to see any of my CSS or images. Can anyone help?

Sounds like you may not actually be uploading all the files....

Common mistake, not the first time its happened, probably not be the last.

Are you using DW's builtin FTP to push the file up to the host ? Make sure your folder structure is the same on the server as it is on your local machine.

The other thing you'll want to make sure of as far as common mistakes go is that you don't have CSS/image paths that look something like "C:\Users\Alayna\Documents\Dreamweaver\Alayna' s Project\images\whatever.jpg."

For the sake of simplicity, try to make sure they're relative paths (e.g. "whatever.jpg"). It's not the best way to handle this, but for the sake of your learning curve it'll make a good intermediary step. I'm guessing you're a newcomer to this (which is okay...we all were once.)
