What are the best online web design tools available today?

I want to start this thread primarily to compile a list of the best online tools out there for web designers. There are so many and over the years I have gathered quite a few but I know there are a lot more out there that could help me save even more time and do other things better.

The list I have so far is here: [EDIT: Link drop removed by TheGAME1264. Please read the forum rules first. Thanks.]

    Online tools:
CSS Compressor - makes your CSS files load faster
CSS Unmimifier - ever need to change some CSS in a minified file? This will help.
Adaptive Images - detects your visitor's screen size and automatically creates, caches, and delivers device appropriate re-scaled versions of your web page's embedded HTML images

Image Compressor - guess what this one does
Dummy Text Generator - more fun than lorem ipsum
    px to em conversion

Design is a funny word. Some people think design means how it looks.
But of course, if you dig deeper, itís really how it works.
