I'm not sure if I have to worry about spammers as the website will only be visited by a relatively small amount of people, mostly only people I give my printed portfolio to.
I looked at those links, I actually have no idea about PHP or how to use it. All the forms I've seen have so much info - I really just want a barebones one as I drew.
Create your form (the HTML part) and we'll provide the PHP part.
There are tutorials for HTML form examples.
