    How some websites are designed?

My question is how to find out how a website was designed?

It is easy to look at the source of a website and see if it is a WordPress or Drupal...CMS and sometimes can even see the theme name they used...ect

BUT, what about regular looking HTML sites for instance like this site esoftreviews dot com.

How is this site made and how do they update the content regularly?
Where do they get the theme?
Do these sites have admin login like CMS sites or do they do it all in DreamWeaver and just upload updates as they make changes?

Any help or enlightenment would be great.

    Thanks

    1) Using the PHP server-side programming language. How they update it depends on how they built it, but for once it looks like they built something entirely on their own and to meet their needs...which means that these guys actually have some knowledge. Not a whole lot of knowledge because it's a thin affiliate site and they didn't bother to mask the URLs, but some.

    2) They probably made it themselves. Sooner or later, someone has to create a theme. They don't just magically "appear".

    3) Some do the CMS thing, some don't. There are all sorts of ways to do sites.

So to answer your questions, there are no real conclusive answers.

that particular site was made with tables (and not for tabular data) so you know NOT to emulate this particular web designer

That's part of being a thin affiliate, kralcx...you "code it" using what you think is the quickest, easiest route to your chosen goal.

Thin affiliate marketers are an updated version of Amway or Shaklee salespeople. They think they're businesspeople and geniuses because they can get a kit full of products and go around repeating things about those products that they don't really understand because they've never actually used the crap they're plugging, but they're really just a bunch of brainless parrots.

You can't argue with them, either...there is no logic, just emotion and ridiculousness.
