    Contact Form Issue

Hi all, I have a contact form that I cant get to work. The form works but the rating section does not. Can anyone please help me out here, Ive been trying for weeks.

For an example, please see here - Lawyer Ratings Canada: Rate Nunavut Lawyer

the fields work except the rating.

    Thanks in advance

Your rating regular expression is too complex. You basically want a rating from 0-5, right?

    So do this:
    Code:
    ".rating":{rx:/^[0-5]?$/,target:'input'},
That should give you a rating from 0-5. If you want anything like half-points, you'll have to modify that form accordingly.

Alternatively, and I would suggest this makes more sense, use a select box to generate your ratings from 0 to 5 or 1 to 5 or whatever you want to use to avoid text entry errors.

Thanks for the help. Seems to have worked. Your a life saver

Can I ask if its possible to also include a rating like 3/5 instead of just a number, thanks again. It is very much appreciated.

You could, but I'd suggest using just the number and adding in the /5 at the end. People won't think to put in the /5 by default.

    ".rating":{rx:/^[0-5]\/5$/,target:'input'},
