    I can not seem to get a Social Media button in my header....

    Hi, I've been able to get a fb like button in the header of my main page, but I'm not sure how to change the text color.
    Meaning, it states who else has liked the site, but the color is grey and is faded into the background.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

    Show us your website.
    We need to know if it's WordPress, custom, hand-made, or some other framework.

    list your URL without the "www" on it ... so it won't get deleted by the filters.

    Tell me how you were able to get the social fb widget into your header?

    Did you add this line?

    <div class="fb-like" data-href="https://www.facebook.com/RealEstateAgentJoeWhite" data-send="true" data-width="450" data-show-faces="false"></div>

    <script>(function(d, s, id) {
    var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];
    if (d.getElementById(id)) return;
    js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id;
    js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/en_US/all.js#xfbml=1";
    fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);
    }(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));</script>

    You can't change the data-href properties on your website itself.

    When you created the facebook like buttons, I'm not sure how you did it.
    Try this:

    1) Go to this website and enter your facebook URL and the parameters you want.
    https://developers.facebook.com/docs...-box-for-pages

    2) You have two options for color scheme ... light and dark.
    Make sure you pick light.

    3) Click "Get Code" and use the code it provides.

    I'm hoping the only thing you did not pick correctly (originally) was the "light" color scheme. I'm guessing you picked "dark"?

    If you did pick light and it still doesn't work, we'll have to think of something else.

    Let me know.
