Really you need to jump in and start reading and following tutorials and learn it on your own or pay someone to make the website for you. Those are truly your only two options.

First of all, you used the word "cheap". That suggests that...well, you're cheap. And cheap is a web design euphemism for "short-armed deep-pocketed d-bag." So that's a red flag right off the top.

Second, it depends on what it is that you want. You want a website. Now, do you want some lame, wimpy thing or do you want it to be A KICK-BUTT, IN-YOUR-FACE, WORLD CHAMPION WEBSITE?

So maybe you should think about what it is that you're trying to do and give us some more details so that we can answer your question better. Oh yeah, and consult the Hulkster. No one can ever go wrong when asking Hulk Hogan for advice.
If I've helped you out in any way, please pay it forward. My wife and I are walking for Autism Speaks. Please donate, and thanks.

If someone helped you out, be sure to "Like" their post and/or help them in kind. The "Like" link is on the bottom right of each post, beside the "Share" link.
