Editing a certain section of a website that will change on all pages.

Greetings and thank you ahead of time for the help!

I am working on a website which is located at Site Suspended - This site has stepped out for a bit

On the right side of every page there is an advertisement section.
My question is as follows... Is there a way to make it so I can edit one advertisement, link, etc. and have it change on every page?

Thanks again for whatever help you can offer!

    Hi,

It seems you're using Dreamweaver to edit, right?

There should be a templating action that you can do. Just like your menu or footer, there is a thing that allows you to make something repeat on pages and you can just edit it once to affect the entire site.

    The term is "dynamic content."

Adobe Dreamweaver * Adding dynamic content to pages

BTW, your website does not have an </html> tag.
