    Google search with multiple links?

I was wondering what I would need to do to get multiple links to show up on my google search. When you google search Best Buy or Walmart you will see the main link and then multiple links underneath that with links to there different departments. I was told that this is a text file that you setup and link to your html. Is this true? If not, how would I achieve this look?

Google does that on its own. You have no control over it. If Google finds your content to be relevant, finds a lot of people using those pages, and perhaps you have good rankings, it will add those on its own accord. Only Google knows what the algorithm is for creating those sitelinks.

    They are called "sitelinks":

    What Max said.

To add to that, it generally comes from being such an authority on a particular query that, while there may be other results that match the query, yours is the one people want conclusively so Google will present several sitelinks. For example, if someone searches for "WalMart", then the WalMart sitelinks show up since Google knows the user probably wants the WalMart website. But what Google doesn't know is what specific thing within WalMart the user is looking for. Therefore, Google presents several options.

It's most common among brand and site names, though, as one would expect to be an authority if (s)he owned a dotcom related to his / her brand / site name.

You agree with him? It's good that you agree with facts. That's a great way to make sure you're correct on a topic. Disagreeing with facts, however, makes you a bit of a toolbox. Just something to keep in mind.
