I uploaded what they had, but their example script didn't work. So I uploaded the script from their actual demo.

    Here is the test page:

    Here is the CSS:

    And on this page,
    learning this ****

You have a problem. Reduce the size of your browser screen and the navigation can't be seen without scrolling horizontal. That's going to drive people crazy. But you're doing OK ... keep at it.

two things straight out the bat!!!

1, the menu part, the bit with all the anchors isnt showing up in the center, i managed to change the height easily enough but i dont wanna go messing about with stuff im not fully sure of. its not centered in the one you setup on my site either.

    2. ehm... oh yeah, what section do i edit to change the width of the buttons so theyre all the same size, and what changes do i make to it!!!

might have a tutor by the way, cousin in his third year of some course!!!

edit: to save me posting another thread... just say i wanted to use this image as a background image

    music-note-background.jpg

what i want is to have a paragraph, a poem actually and its pretty long so its going to need to scroll down. is it possible with just html and css to use the standard scroller to scroll down, but it only scrolls the text, the background image stays where it is.

or could i do it this way. go into ms paint, copy the image and just make it longer? id try this way myself but really not in the mood for trying and failing again today
