    How do i put code in the codebox?

    ive seen on some threads any time people quote code its in a box, how do i do that?

    Below the editor, click on Go Advanced.
    Then you'll see the # symbol to wrap your code in the "code box".

    Accepted.
    A shortcode is similar to an HTML tag, but provides a specific function in a text editor. In this case, you'll be using [CODE] with its paired closing tag [ / CODE ] (without the spaces). This tells the forum software that the text within is meant to be code, and should be formatted as such. There are a number of other codes, including [HTML], [QUOTE] and [IMG]. The important point, though is that they work quite similar to the HTML tags you already know.
