    Can you show us a website you have where you wish to do the background thing?
    If it's a background for just a portion (like a <div> section), describe which section.

    oh, sorry, I thought you were working on an online website.

    If you do any web development work, or design work, you should have your own shared webhost account so you can work online. Especially important for letting your clients see what you're working on, or so you can demonstrate something to clients. It's also a place to try out and experiment with server-side scripting.

    You can get a real shared webhost account with a domain name for $40-70 per year. That's about $5 per month. Somewhere like cleverdot.com or GoDaddy
    People pay more than that for one cup of Starbuck's Latte.

    The site is for someone else. I have all of my content and formatting complete. All I need is the background set and that is it. Feedback would be nice. How come I can't upload the html files or the rtf?

    I uploaded a picture. When I open that sample page in the browser, the picture is only the top portion. I want to position it in the centre.
