Question What's the quickest and reasonably chip way to build a website?

Hi guys I知 new here. Hellos hugs and kisses to everyone whatever you like

I知 learning web design. I;ve gone through basic html and css and now studying JavaScript. Planning to take php and mysql next. Anyway, I知 looking for the fastest way to build a website right now. (Yeah I could write it in html&css probably I will later on anyway)
Anyone can recommend some good website builders with sell options? I mean I will try to sell e-book through that web.
    I値l appreciate your advice.

    Cheers
    Marz.

Whats the site for? Is it to show your work? Get a job kinda thing? Or to sell the ebooks? Regardless if you have the capabilities id code it by hand.. That will make the best impression on your viewers.. If not try something like Wordpress or another CMS (content management system)

Yeah... Planning something really simple - probably 2 main pages at the beginning. Home page with about, contact and some "cool looking stuff" and the e-commerce page when you can buy and download a book. Will add a blog later on - maybe. Thanks for the Wordpress idea. Do you know anything about wix.com? - keeps popping up.

Hi guys. Just talked to my lecturer. Seems that he supports the Wordpress idea as well. Apparently it's quite solid platform. You can use their themes or publish your own html/css stuff and they also have some good php plug ins for e-commerce (as you guys suggested before). Wordpress it is then. Well, we'll see how I go. Once the web is up and running - I hope max 6 months from now, you'll be able to have a look. Thanks for all your advise and ideas.
    Cheers
