And if you're thinking free = maybe not secure, it's free because companies like Mozilla, Google, Facebook, etc., donate money to foot the bill.

so if I opt for one of these encriptions all files requested from my site are automagically encrypted?
No. All files that you choose to send to others securely are encrypted. That may or may not be all of the files on your site. That's really up to you.
