This might be hard for most of us that don't speak your language. Speaking for myself, I have no idea what the site is about, who the target users are, and what it is supposed to do.

I really like the design. Will all of the items on the bulletin board be links to different pages?

I don't speak German myself, so I can't help much either. The one thing I would say is "lose the suicide grey background". I don't know why this is a modern web design trend...my guess is it's because most web designers are grown-up emo kids now. But lose it, dude. It's depressing.

And that's much better. It's a lot easier to read. That, and you changed the font as well. Good stuff.

    Hey Oliver,

Just like mlseim, I don't speak German. However, I may be able to help fine tune the visuals.

As I'm sure you're well aware, you're following a proven UX format that's easy for users to navigate and understand so great job on that.

In the Feature tab, your on hover elements use a dark box-shadow. This may not be necessary as you're already scaling the elements on hover. Consider easing back the box-shadow by making the shadow a lighter color and/or making the blur radius a smaller width.

In that same tab, you only have one element with a red border. If you want it to stand out more compared to the other elements, consider making the border size thicker on all elements so the red will become more prominent or possibly add a background color to the elements and change the background color of that one element that you want to highlight. That'll be something you have to play around with to find the right solution.
