Mailchimp is elaborate ... it can do all kinds of things. Your question is too vague. Is it for sending one simple email? Hundreds of emails? Contact lists? Are you using PHP with the Mailchimp API ... server-side scripting?

Thank you for writing back. I will be more detailed below.

Using the CMS Big Commerce, setting up the page with the App Shogun Page Builder.

I set up an embed sign up form that is suppose to redirect to https://www.autoclavedepot.com/thank-you/ because I followed Mailchimp's directions verbatim, found here https://mailchimp.com/help/design-an...ank-you-pages/

For one reason or the other it simply dosen't redirect. It just simply says "Thank you for subscribing."

Please analyze my attempt here https://www.autoclavedepot.com/top-6...g-an-autoclave

If you or anyone can please help me figure this out I will be greatly appreciative.

    Thank you

So you did all of the disable javascripting and pasted the code in your own HTML? That part seems important. I'm not a mailchimp user so I don't have much help to offer.
