Question Image in web page margin

    Hi there

I'm on my 2nd website now, see Tibetan Spaniel Club of Scotland ? Under Construction This is VERY much a work in progress right now and the result of trying OceanWP and Elementor for visuals and design. I designed a Tibetan Spaniel website for the main Tibetan Spaniel Association a few months ago which went down well, and the Scottish TS club asked me to do their website. I wanted it to feel 'Scottish' without going over the top hence the Scottish image slider. But they wanted to incorporate some tartan without it looking garish. So I wondered about some thin tartan borders down either side of the pages.

I can get the webpage design to be 'boxed' and have a coloured margin using OceanWP, but is there a way to have some kind of tiled repeating tartan pattern in the border? If the simple answer is "no", that is fair enough, happy to have suggestions of another way, just don't want it looking overly tartan!

    Thanks in advance.

Box it and make the color a light gray so I can see what you mean by "boxing it".

Thanks, done it. The 'boxing' does seem to depend on screen size/resolution. I'm seeing it on my 1080p PC monitor, but not on my tablet. Whether that is to be expected I'm not sure.....

I don't see it at all on my 1366px laptop screen ... see screenshot below.

Maybe it's a cache issue and I'm not seeing the latest changes?

Hmm, well I've taken a look on my work laptop which is also full HD also, but I think perhaps boxing is the wrong answer to my solution if everyone isn't going to see it due to screen resolution - as I said I couldn't see it on my tablet either.

My idea was to have some kind of tartan pattern that wasn't too "in your face" - maybe there isn't a simple way to do it. Perhaps I'd be better off making a header that had a tartan background?
