Question What to deliver to a developer when designing a mobile app (IOS)

    Hi everyone,

I have started to learn web design a year ago and I have designed my first mobile app. I wanted to know what exactly should I send to the developer?

I also wanted to know what measurements he/she would need concerning the spaces between the elements of the app? Pixel? Points? Percentages? (I am designing for IOS)

    Many thanks!

Do you mean an app as in "native app"? Where the programmer actually programs it as an app you download from the apple store?

Or do you mean a "website app", such as a website that renders nicely on small screens? Some website apps might even use JQuery Mobile to utilize the buttons, various elements, etc. to look sort of like a native app. But a website app can be viewed on any size browser (desktop, laptop, tablet). It's not necessarily IOS.

I guess you would meet with the developer and ask them what you need to do.
Mobile apps are not websites. They are programmed in a native language for IOS.
    Sounds expensive.
