How do I design a website to be responsive for Flip Phones?

I have a client who has a large part of their demographics using flip phones. Yes, I said flip phones and not the new fancy foldable Samsungs. I mean old pre-iphone flip phones.

Their demographic is either, poor, homeless, elderly or a combo of all three. They want to be sure that these users can find the info they need on their website. The site is already responsive but I really wanted to know what resolution an average for a flip phone screen so we can be sure the site is programmed to fit. I don't have a flip phone to test on so I thought I would ask.

Any suggestions on designing for flip phones? I thought we could just reduce the amount of information on the page or redirect them to a flip phone page so that they only see the bare bones of what they need to see and don't have to scroll to much.

I know this isn't a coding question, just thought I would put it out there to see if anyone had any helpful ideas or had dealt with this before.

What kind of information are they looking at?
    Text or graphics?

Old flip phones are pretty much text only as they won't have a touch screen.
