    Question Therefore WordPress?

    Ok I am wondering:

    If there's no difference,

If there's a difference (so, within indifference), therefore 0 OR 1

    Therefore 1

    Therefore WordPress?

And furthermore, what about frontend? Therefore JQuery/etc?

    Thanks in advance!

WordPress comes with a whole lot of features. It is basically a framework with a blog and admin panel preinstalled. You want analytics, there is a plugin for that. You want forced https routing, there is a plugin for that. I tend to overuse WordPress, but it is always easier to increase the complexity of a site with a framework in place, rather than have to remake it when converting from a vanilla version.

If you are just make a site with a few info pages, maybe static sites are for you.

Yea I'm basically doing both at this point (to maintain overall integrity): using an in-house CMS and WordPress. I'm definitely leaning towards using WordPress (off the bat it just makes sense in terms of time spent coding), but I'm still keeping my options open. I would prefer the seamlessness of using my own CMS, but I mean 40% (the percentage of the web using WP) is a bigass number!
