    Ok so you would have a generator, duh, and you would generate all of your code to account for every bit of efficiency available. Voila, extrapolator.

    So this thing would be a recursive database table and that is about it. Other than that all of the bells/whistles are all custom coded. The only question that reamins is how to automate the whole thing, with this being the basic algorithm.

    Ok so I went back to my thing that averaged bits and went ok, so if I zero left-fill some binary to n bits, I end up with an average bit relative to n bits. Do the same thing with an absolute number of bits and end up with the average bit of an absolute number of bits...

    so it would be a value (preferably an array), then a loop looping over that array, then a fork doing this or that depending on some condition
