    I think that graphics are part of web designing so here i go.....

    1. Open Photoshop and create a new 400 by 400 image with a white background.
    2. Press D to reset the colors. Run a gradient from top to bottom (black on the top).
    3. Go to Filter > Render > Difference Clouds.
    4. Press Ctrl + I or Image > Adjustments > Invert. Now you can kind of see the lightning.
    5. Press Ctrl + L. Adjust the settings to how you want.
    6. You can stop here or add some color. I like to add blue. Press Ctrl + U to open up the Hue/Saturation box. Enter whatever settings you want.

    If you don't invert the colours, it looks like a kind of scary sky - all you need now is a moon and warewolf howl!
