    Hello

    I've been building this site over the last couple of days, but im having a problem with the attached style sheet. I have it set so links are black and when hovered over change to white with a dark blue background. The problem is once they've been clicked, when you hover over them again the background changes to dark blue but the text stays white. I think i'm missing something in the style sheet, any ideas what?

    Code:
    body {
    	margin-bottom: 0px;
    	font-family: Verdana;
    	font-size: 11px;
    	font-style: normal;
    	line-height: normal;
    	font-weight: normal;
    	font-variant: normal;
    	text-transform: none;
    	color: #000000;
    }
    a:link {
    	color: #000000;
    	font-family: Verdana;
    	font-size: 11px;
    	text-decoration: underline;

    }
    a:hover {
    	color: #FFFFFF;
    	font-family: verdana;
    	font-size: 11px;
    	font-weight: normal;
    	font-style: normal;
    	line-height: normal;
    	font-variant: normal;
    	text-transform: none;
    	background-color: #000066;
    }
    a:visited {
    	color: #000000;
    	font-family: verdana;
    	font-size: 11px;
    	text-decoration: none;

    }
    td, textarea, input, select {
    	font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
    	font-size: 11px;
    	color: #000000;
    }
    .tableDetail {
    	font-size: 10px;
    }
    The site is Here just now, if you want to see what is happening. (the links at the bottom)

    Thanks
    Stoot

    Add:
    HTML Code:
    text-decoration: none;
    To your a:hover attributes.

    Also change the link info to the following to allow easier and quicker loading:
    HTML Code:
    a:link {
    	color: #000000;
    	font-family: Verdana;
    	font-size: 11px;
    	text-decoration: underline;

    }
    a:hover {
    	color: #FFFFFF;
    	background-color: #000066;
            text-decoration: underline;
    }
    a:visited {
    	color: #000000;
    	font-family: verdana;
    	font-size: 11px;
    	text-decoration: none;

    }
    It can be reduced even more, but that is better, you don't need to specify attributes that don't differ from the norm .

    Edit: I just reread your question, and it wasn't about what I thought it was! However you can still make use of some of the code here, while I ponder on the real question.
