    It would either be PHP/mySQL based, or ASP/MSSQL based. IIRC, there's a tutorial on this in the tutorial section.

    Yes, I agree... the simplest option is htaccess/htpasswd.

    Do a Google search for "htpasswd" and you should find some instructions on how it works...
