have a tele-conference without a really big deal?

Assume that each respondant had one of those little cameras, a speaker arrangement allowing them to speak and reciever (over the internet), and IIS (or whatever) installed.

    I'd give a lot to hear a yes answer ... in $$$.

Essentially, I need something that any competant techie can install on a personal machine (assume a T1 connection) and would then work with invoking an icon.

BTW, I'm serious about the money. The organization I'm dealing with spends thousands/month. If I can save them a grunch, they'll give a one year bonus of 25% of the savings. I'll split it 50/50 with the appropriate solution.

Well everybody likes seeing face to face and in a way you can't put a price on that. There are a lot of systems already that can do this like Y!M and I doubt it would be economical or efficient to make your own. Either way you'd have to use a client-side compiled language like VB, Java, or C++ to get it done.

well, in the case of people who make $300K/year and don't like to travel, you damn well CAN put a $$ sign on it. It's about $1500/hour ... including travel and overnite @$650/hour. And that's for the nice ones.

I know, but then, you don't deal with surgeons and cardiologist on a routine basis. Trust me, NOTHING is priceless to these guys.
