    First of all I was just posting this on other Css/Html boards since I really need to know the info is right below

    I have made a little layout and I have the image but I got the idea from a freind and he isn't on much so I have come to you to ask for help you yes you for help. ( http://www.boomspeed.com/theelite/SitePreview ) Thats my site link I want that image to strech down without making a scroll bar I was thinking of making it a frame but *no*. So i did it in a css background, so I asked my freind he said just look in the source. So i did that, this is what I found in the source...

    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Frameset//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/frameset.dtd">
    <title>// BlackCat //</title>
    <META NAME="keywords" CONTENT="auroreblackcat, aurore demilly, manga, illustration, fan-art, anime, bd, bande dessinee, comics, amateur, fandom, magazine, l'elfe blanc, asgard, mycity, image, edition, blackcat, drawing, dojinshi, art, artist, shop, goods, request, drawer, illustrator">
    <META NAME="description" CONTENT="The auroreblackcat's homepage. Color original illustrations, manga on line, sketchs, fan-art and many others works !">
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">
    </head>

    <frameset cols="20%,80%" frameborder="NO" border="0" framespacing="0">
    <frame src="frame/gauche.html" name="gauche" scrolling="NO" noresize>
    <frameset cols="355,*" frameborder="NO" border="0" framespacing="0">
    <frameset rows="159,*" frameborder="NO" border="0" framespacing="0">
    <frame src="frame/menu.html" name="menu" scrolling="NO" noresize >
    <frame src="frame/main.html" name="main">
    </frameset>
    <frame src="frame/droite.html" name="droite" scrolling="NO" noresize>
    </frameset>
    </frameset>
    <noframes><body>

    </body></noframes>

    I am extremely confused as to what you want done. Could you please re-word everything with (some) punctuation and possibly a better glimpse at what you want?

    I believe he wants the image on that site so be the background, scrolling down, without a vert scrollbar.

    Silent, that background is HUGE! It's almost 500k, which is insane for a web page background. Use this one (attached), it's only 9k. It's a jpg of the bmp file on your site.
