    Im working on this new web page and I want to have the same effect as many other sites have (including Web Design Forum) where the colour of the link changes and a line appears (or disappears in Web Design Forums' case) when you scroll over it with the mouse. Is Fireworks really the only way to create this effect or is there an easier HTML-coding way to do this?

    Help and advice is always highly appreciated by experts out there...

    Example

    Code:
    <html>
    <head>
    <style type="text/css" media="screen, projector">
    a:link, a:visited {

    color: blue;
    text-decoration: underline;

    font: normal 0.8em/130% tahoma, verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;

    }

    a:hover, a:active {

    color: orange;
    text-decoration: none;

    font: normal 0.8em/130% tahoma, verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;

    }
    </style>
    </head>
    <body>

    </body>
    </html>

    Don't start multiple identical threads in different forums.

    If you're uncertain of which forum it belongs in, "starting out" is probably a good guess.
