    Hi,
    I am using Dreamwear (CSS template). When I link other pages from my site, they don't display within my main window. I saved the template as an “index.html” and all the reference files are present within the directory.

    Do I have to save every page with the nav bar in order to display? When I click on a link, it doesn’t open within the main page.

    I have not uploaded my site and I am using it locally so I can not present any sample.

    Thanks,

    SJ

    Answer to my own question:
    Use SSI (server side includes). If one does not want to use frames, SSI is the way to go. Let's say if you have 100 pages and every time you change a menu bar or contact information, you will only need to make the change to one page. Rest of the pages will automatically update.

    How to use SSI?

    <!--#include virtual="/nav-bar.htm" -->

    Add this line on every page!

    or

    PHP SSI:
    <?php
    include ("/nav-bar.htm");
    ?>

    If anybody knows a different way of doing this, please do let me know.

    Thats pretty much the accepted way of doing it (PHP most commonly).
