    Hmmm, could be this giant table row...

    HTML Code:
    <tr>
    	<td height="415" width="294"><img src="images/m31.gif" width="1" height="16" alt="" border="0"></td>
    	<td valign="top" height="415" width="625"><img src="images/m32.gif" width="650" height="16" alt="" border="0"></td>
    	<td height="415" width="1"><img src="images/m33.gif" width="1" height="16" alt="" border="0">

    </td>
    </tr>
    Down with Dreamweaver!

    Looks around 415 to me. My screen is currently 768 pixels high; the space is a good bit over half the height of the screen.

    I commented out that entire table row and the footer jumped up underneath the right column; however, I was using a local copy of the html without any images, so I can't say for sure if that'll look right for you.

    Try finding this text:
    HTML Code:
    <tr>
    	<td height="415" width="294"><img src="images/m31.gif" width="1" height="16" alt="" border="0"></td>
    	<td valign="top" height="415" width="625"><img src="images/m32.gif" width="650" height="16" alt="" border="0"></td>
    	<td height="415" width="1"><img src="images/m33.gif" width="1" height="16" alt="" border="0">

    </td>
    </tr>
    and wrap it in comment tags ( <!-- comment goes here --> ) so that it looks like this:

    HTML Code:
    <!--
    <tr>
    	<td height="415" width="294"><img src="images/m31.gif" width="1" height="16" alt="" border="0"></td>
    	<td valign="top" height="415" width="625"><img src="images/m32.gif" width="650" height="16" alt="" border="0"></td>
    	<td height="415" width="1"><img src="images/m33.gif" width="1" height="16" alt="" border="0">

    </td>
    </tr>
    -->
    See if the page displays the way you want. If not, remove the comments from the beginning and end, then try changing the height of the row from 415 to, say, 100, and see if that gets you closer to what you want. Adjust as necessary. Hope that helps.
