    My site's(www.schwabtech.biz) tables looks different in Firefox then they do in IE.
    I like how they look better and Firefox, and would like IE to look the same.

    add this to your css

    .borders td {
     border: 1px solid #000;
    }
    and your html should look like this

    ....
    </table>
    that should create the same effect from ff to ie

    I don't know much css so I wouldn't know how to do that myself!
