I put together the index page for my site recently and decided today that I will be re-coding it in CSS, using no table tags, etc.

Let me know what you think of the layout and design, and how difficult you think it may be for me to re-code the whole thing WITHOUT USING TABLES.

Also, if anyone would like to volunteer to help me out with this (as I am just learning the coding for table-less websites), please let me know and it would be most appreciated and you will be certainly credited on my site. Price quotes are welcome as well.

Thanks, and here's the link: Memory Squared

With the way the page is setup, going table free and xhtml strict wouldn't even be rocket surgery. The design is very clean and modular. That should make the entire conversion really, really painless.

Feel free to shoot any questions you have my way. :-)

I guess I don't really know exactly where to start..

I need a page that is centered and the center column needs to be about 785px in width, then I can fill in my stuff as needed. Is there any way you could set up a page like that for me?

Or at least get me going in the right direction?

I wish I could have gone from not knowing where to start to a nice layout like that... Looks real nice so far.
