Ok what i want to do it make a homepage that basically looks like my forums ( http://forums.addaboy.com ) but do it using CSS. I really have no idea how to even start doing this. I read a tutorial on here but i need the other parts aswell lol! It stops too abruptly! (sp) if anyone can lend a hand then that would be really good!

www.w3schools.com has a very good section on CSS.. Do all the lessons in a row and you should be able to go from there..

thank you for those links, they proved really helpful however i have hit a stumbling block! I nedd to move a div layer so it is over on the right hand side because for some reason it seems to default to the left. However i have tried doing it by "left: xxxpx" and all that stuff but it won't stay in the confinds of the box that it should be in... basically i want to be able to align the box to the right without having to set a px ammount for it to be moved to the right. i also tried using percentage but that didn't seem to work. this pic should help show you what i mean. any help would be great.

    What gap?

rrrccc... LMAO man! Maybe I'll slap addaboy back into my sig here after the re-do of addaboy

To all who are confused, I'm on the staff at addaboy, and "rrrcc" (that's the best you could think of man?) is as well.

How'd you get that cool shade on your start menu? Is it 1 of those skin deals? I hate the 3 standard colors windows gives you but I don't want to slow my computer down with that stuff..
