    In the META tag for Keywords, is the "&" character illegal or will search engines and bots just ignore it?

    I've never heard anything about it bein illegal. I don't think it matters that much though... They are seaching the text anyway, and I doubt anyone but the makers of the bots really know what they ignore. The rest of us can just guess.

    in XHTML, you would have to use & - other than that I don't see any issue with it. Of course, I don't see how it would benefit you as a keyword
