    hi there

i'm new to this web designing business, and have just built a site for my friends new clothing label, it all seems to be working fine, only problem is that a few people with small screens set at low res, are saying that they can't see all the page, I could put more scroll bars in but this would look a bit crap,
Can any one tell me if there is a way to alter the scale of the whole thing when some opens the site on a low res screen? or am i going to have to start again? actually any suggestions at all to remedy this problem would be great as this is hurtin me noggin

It depends what you call low-res. All pages should be fully viewable in 800x600. I personally consider anything less than that as a bonus, but it's not worth compromising your design to suit people with tiny screens.

I can help you better if you give a url.
