    I have read hundreds of tutorials and articles on this topic, but none seem to work. Is it a problem with Firefox, that it doesn't let CSS control the colour of scrollbars? But it is happening on IE6 on my computer as well. Here is the code I am using:

    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"
    "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">
    <html>
    <head>
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">
    <title>Untitled Document</title>
    <STYLE type="text/css">
    <!--
    body
    { scrollbar-face-color : #FFFFFF;
    scrollbar-highlight-color : #FFFFFF;
    scrollbar-3dlight-color : #FFFFFF;
    scrollbar-shadow-color : #FFFFFF;
    scrollbar-darkshadow-color : #FFFFFF;
    scrollbar-track-color : #FFFFFF;
    scrollbar-arrow-color : ##46A1D8; }
    -->
    </STYLE>

    </head>
    <body>
    <iFrame src="blah.html" width="400" height="300"></iFrame>
    <p>sdfsfdfgdfgdfg</p>
    <p>dfg</p>
    <p>df</p>
    <p>g</p>
    <p>df</p>
    <p>g</p>
    <p>df</p>
    <p>g</p>
    <p>d</p>
    <p>f</p>
    <p>g</p>
    <p>df</p>
    <p>g</p>
    <p>df</p>
    <p>g</p>
    <p>df</p>
    <p>g </p>
    </body>
    </html>

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    colored scrollbar is an IE-only thing.

    also... change your css to (add html, in front of body)
    Code:
    <STYLE type="text/css">
    <!--
    html, body
    { scrollbar-face-color : #FFFFFF;
    scrollbar-highlight-color : #FFFFFF;
    scrollbar-3dlight-color : #FFFFFF;
    scrollbar-shadow-color : #FFFFFF;
    scrollbar-darkshadow-color : #FFFFFF;
    scrollbar-track-color : #FFFFFF;
    scrollbar-arrow-color : ##46A1D8; }
    -->
    </STYLE>
