I have a frame, which can potentially be an iframe if its nessesary to use that instead. I would like it to start showing content 45px from the top of the page that the frame is displaying.

I've looked around and I can't seem to figure out how to do this.
Pixel Fuse - Signature webpage, just a spashpage.
Flash Frogger - Frogger remake, animated/coded in Flash (incomplete/discontinued)
Daase Art Studio - Homepage of David Daase, a Canadian landscape artist - image gallery/showcase.
More links if I think of some...

Can you add "margin-top: 45px" to whatever the first element is on the page?

The frame will take up the entire page... this way, if they click a link from within the frame, the page changes but just within the frame. The URL in the browser address bar should stay the same.

The page being displayed within the frame is much larger than the frame is... so you would have to scroll to see the whole thing, however I WANT scrollbars to be disabled. Is there a way to have the frame show its content "X" pixels from the top?

Let's say the content within my frame is www.google.com ... now, I want to make it to have a top offset so that the google search text input appears to be right near the top of the page. (JUST AN EXAMPLE)

Does anyone know what I mean, and how I could do this?
