    oh that stroke. sorry for the misunderstanding.

    border: 1px solid #000000;

    the first part is the size of the border. the second part is the style, the last part is the colour of the border.

    for the style, there are double, groove, inset, outset, solid, ridge, none.

    hope this helps.

    Are you talking about just a simple line or are you talking about letter accents found in non-English languages? Just checking...

    letter accents? no. that was juz a square border around the block of stuff that are inside the tag that has the style.

    CSS won't create fonts for you.

    If what you're asking is whether you can use CSS to add tweaks to the font itself then no... that won't work... also remember that the browser renders the font so if you want something "pretty" that stays that way regardless of the visitor you'd be wise to use images to do it.

    css cannot create fonts but it can certainly embed fonts. however, only ie allows this. firefox doesnt so dont use it. if u want a certain symbol u can always find the character code for it, and use it in html as &#[character code] for example, if u have something with character code 192, its &#192
