    Hey jaffa.

    Your code
    Code:
    BODY {
    	SCROLLBAR-FACE-COLOR: #ffffff;
    	SCROLLBAR-HIGHLIGHT-COLOR:#b01b20;
    	SCROLLBAR-SHADOW-COLOR:#b01b20;
    	SCROLLBAR-3DLIGHT-COLOR:#000000;
    	SCROLLBAR-ARROW-COLOR: #404040;
    	SCROLLBAR-TRACK-COLOR: #000000;
    	SCROLLBAR-DARKSHADOW-COLOR: #000000
    }
    is for the body.

    So, to give your iframe scrolbars a lick of paint, give that a class of its own..

    Code:
    .scrollbariframe {
    	SCROLLBAR-FACE-COLOR: #ffffff;
    	SCROLLBAR-HIGHLIGHT-COLOR:#b01b20;
    	SCROLLBAR-SHADOW-COLOR:#b01b20;
    	SCROLLBAR-3DLIGHT-COLOR:#000000;
    	SCROLLBAR-ARROW-COLOR: #404040;
    	SCROLLBAR-TRACK-COLOR: #000000;
    	SCROLLBAR-DARKSHADOW-COLOR: #000000;
    }
    Then,
    Code:
    <iframe class="scrollbariframe"></iframe>
    Hope this helps.

    Altho the css doesnt seem to be working with me.
    Code:

    <IFRAME
    		iframe class="scrollbariframe"
                    src="news/news.php"
    		id=mainframe
    		name=mainframe
    		width=100%
    		height=418
    		scrolling="auto"
                    marginHeight=0
    		align=left
                    frameBorder=0
             </IFRAME>
    also tryed using iframe class=".scrollbariframe"

    With attributes, they should be enclosed in quotes (" ").

    You did not include your CSS code in your post. Here is a full example:

    Code:
    <html>

    <head>

    <style type="text/css">
    .scrollbariframe {
    	SCROLLBAR-FACE-COLOR: #ffffff;
    	SCROLLBAR-HIGHLIGHT-COLOR:#b01b20;
    	SCROLLBAR-SHADOW-COLOR:#b01b20;
    	SCROLLBAR-3DLIGHT-COLOR:#000000;
    	SCROLLBAR-ARROW-COLOR: #404040;
    	SCROLLBAR-TRACK-COLOR: #000000;
    	SCROLLBAR-DARKSHADOW-COLOR: #000000;
    }
    </style>

    </head>

    <body>

    <iframe class="scrollbariframe" src="news/news.php" id="mainframe" name="mainframe" width="100%" height="418" scrolling="auto" marginHeight="0" align="left" frameBorder="0">
             </iframe>

    </body>

    </html>
    Try that.
