I have created a site for a client entirely in photoshop, should I just slice everything up in imageready and export css?

Have you not done any HTML before?
I usually slice up some things, like the menu and header... But make sure for the text parts you put it in your website as actual text.
As far as building the HTML, if you go into the Preferences for ImageReady you can fix it up so ImageReady will give you pretty clean HTML - but it still may not be how you wanted your HTML structured.
I usually slice up my images in ImageReady and then write up the HTML myself rather than having ImageReady do it for me, just so I can have it the way I want it.
