I need to create a web page which allows users to fill out multiple fields (location, size, keywords) used for searching college housing online. I would like these fields to be auto populated into a three or more already made dormitory searching websites which use similar fields.

I have HTML experience, but would like to know the best language or technique to create this search form. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, I am not sure what you mean.

You want to create a form, which will search other websites?

Im lost... but if you wish to make a form.. then X/HTML is your option.

I am quickly learning ASP, but for my purpose (integrating my search form criteria into many apartment search websites) is there anything specific which I can reference or read up on?
