Im trying to put two iframes on the same index page, but i want to have both frames on the same .htm source page (nav.htm for example). This make sense? Im not sure how to get each frame to appear in its appropriate frame on the index page. How can i differenciate between the two.

Any help is most appreciated. Hope the above makes some sense.

Make id's for your frames and then shoot links at them with the target attribute. For an iframe called "content" you would do:

    Code:
    <a href='nav.html' target='content'>Navigation</a>
