    for each forum?

    i know its css, but where do i get it,
    and how do i do it for each forum? :|

    Sorry I don't understand what you mean. The link I gave you explains how to write a class in CSS that links to a .gif or .png that acts as a dropshadow and another covering graphic that will cover the end of the shadow (to work on images of varying size).

    What effect are you trying to achieve exactly, as the button .gif you link to is just a graphic. Maybe then we can be of some more help.
